Who we are
Voxra provides an estate management platform used by residential estates, homeowners associations, managing agents, and their residents. In respect of resident personal information, the estate or body corporate is typically the responsible party and Voxra acts as an operator processing information on its behalf.
Information we process
- Account information: name, email address, phone number, and property association.
- Visitor access records: access codes, scan events, and vehicle details where provided.
- Estate records: requests, governance records, documents, and communications within your estate.
- Technical information: device type and diagnostic logs required to operate the service.
How we use it
Personal information is used solely to provide the platform's functionality to your estate — authenticating you, delivering notifications you've enabled, coordinating the services and governance workflows your estate enables, and maintaining the security and audit records your estate requires. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA)
Voxra is designed to support compliance with POPIA. Each estate's data is isolated, access is role-based, administrative actions are logged, and data is encrypted in transit.
Retention and your rights
Information is retained for as long as your estate uses the platform and as required by law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information through your estate or by contacting us directly.
